Just a bit...

I have been splurging on things this month. As if I myself are celebrating Hari Raya. Except for the fact that i didnt fast during the month of Ramadan.

On Nose warehouse sale last sunday at RSH Subang, I spent on:

-a pair of white and tartan pumps
-a pair of yellow sandals
-a clutch
-2 medium sized bag

And I went rummaging through the night market and has found things like

-2 pairs of pointed toes (one red one black)
-another clutch bag...(just what i'm looking for....)
-a skirt

Nevertheless, since i will beattending dinner and convo very soon, I went to a colleague's friend's indi boutique (top & bottom) and managed to get myself

-a black dress
-a pair of high waisted jeans

So this month i splurge like i really owned MAYBANK

And i was thinking of getting a pair of nice earrings to go with the rest. Or should i just wear the old ones?

Its good to Raya coz a lot of good stuff will slash prices to accomodate the celebraters...of this festive season, so why not take advantage of it?

Summer dress...

Cloth, needles and thread has been in me for the past...15 years?

I love and enjoy sewing and i dont know why.
I like to see the end product but was not patience enough to do it over and over again just to repair some mistake. The work is tedious.

Somehow...after the first skirt, I got the urge to sew more things to wear.
On Wednesday, i went to buy a whole lot of cloth to practice my sewing skills and hopefully i can cater customizing things for people.

May I present my new dress...
Tube dress...























Well, talk about size...i guess this is free size....since my sisters and i can all fit in.
Its quite awesome to wear something i sew for myself. Although it is not perfect, at least i can wear satisfaction.















Good news is...its smocked front and back.
yes...the seams are kinda ugly.




















Ruffles are sewn at the hips to add volume to the tube dress...
And also for me to have some space so the skirt won't break when i sit...:)

work is not getting anywhere


perhaps i should get some books on how to sew straight lines.

these few days

i have been thinking alot.
might be good might be bad

to juggle between dreams and finance.
is it really possible?

i thought that it might be too much for me to handle...
on the other hand, i thought...if it must start why not start earlier


and even considered not wanting my car anymore...
and then i thought i shouldnt give up that easily
